Landline not working

Question

Phone not working correctly. All calls to and from mobiles are fine. Landlines can call in but cannot call landlines, says “ number not available “

yes I have tried all the trouble shooting ideas and connections. The issue has changed as well, on Friday I couldn’t call our landline from my mobile but that has now changed to just not being able to call out to landlines regardless of area code.&nbsp;

Are you able to receive calls okay but just not able to call out?
Do you have another handset you could try?

Hi. Yes we can receive landline dialled calls and calls from mobiles but we are only able to make calls to mobile numbers. This has changed since Friday when we couldn’t receive calls from mobiles either.&nbsp;yes I have tried another handset and it’s the same.&nbsp;
