Landline not working following switch from BT - need Engineer

Online says no faults but..,

Have tried multiple types of phone; several different adapters. 

call centre just sent me another adapter 

How can I get an engineer out to sort it out

      Thanks for coming back to us RMJBell. When did you switch over from BT, was it recently?

        Yes, December but didn't move the phone to the Hub until the old BT line actually stopped - about two weeks ago
