Landline not working again

I had a problem two months ago with my landline not working which was believed to be related to a cabinet fault. By the time an engineer called to my property my landline was working again.

The landline has gone down again with the same symptoms - no dial tone, when someone tries to ring in they get the ring tone but the actual phone does not ring, trying a different handset makes no difference.

According to friends this has been going on for several days.

Can we arrange an engineer visit to check things out please.
