Landline not receiving calls - GU31 area

My home phone can make calls but nobody can ring it.

I am in the GU31 area and the phone is connected to a HUB5.

I just tried calling 150 but I got cut off after 15 minutes.

    Apologies for the landline fault and also the calling experience.

    We're aware of the issue with the landline and working hard to resolve it asap.
