Landline Issue
Issue with no incoming or outgoing calls NE15 and also at elderly parents NE5 ring 0345 number and states issue engineers working in — this has been since Saturday - when went through call centre & spoke to someone told you’ll have to upgrade to digital line to resolve - is there a fault or not? Analogue 8n play until 2027 is this Virgins way to migrate to create a fault?
