Landline down

Hi, we have not had a landline since Saturday in L36 I have reported the issue 3 times only to be given 3 different times for a fix my service check says there are no issues does anyone know what the issue is.

    I can see that an engineer visit has been booked for you. Please can you let us know how the visit goes?

  • Thanks for the reply however it took eight phone calls before virgin agreed to a engineer visit, eight days without a landline that wasn’t a outage as I was informed but the change over to a digital signal , no apology or even an offer of a refund for 8 days loss of service
