Area 20. I have no landline. No dial tone and no incoming calls. Done a check and nothing.

Thank you for your post, I'm sorry to hear that you have no landline service currently.
Looking on our side, it's showing that we can't make contact with your landline service but there's no known faults in the area. The next step would be to arrange an engineer visit.
