Yes, thank you for your help. One problem. We agreed that you'd book the engineer for Wednesday 6th and I've just had a text saying he's booked for Tuesday 5th. Can you fix this please???

The phone has suddenly started working again. I have an engineer booked for tomorrow morning and when trying to cancel this appointment, using the app all I get is various "checks" being carried out and then a suggestion to reboot my router.... How do I cancel the appointment now that the phone has been magically fixed without needing the engineer visit?
I am trying to cancel the appointment online but all it seems to do is "check things" and then tell me that I need to reboot my hub, which is not really what I want to do. It doesnt let me cancel ...
