Landline caller ID stopped working

My Virgin landline caller ID feature has stopped working. My phone has not yet been converted.

How can this feature be reinstated ?

    How long has the caller display not been working please?

    Was this following an engineer visit?

      Hi Vikki_M,

      Yes, the caller ID stopped working after an engineer visit to fix my dead landline, the engineer said the dead landline was caused by a fault at the exchange and he fixed it remotely, he tested the landline by calling me but i did not notice the caller ID had stopped working. Caller ID is still not working.

  • I have exactly the same problem: Although we do not use the landline too much these days, I have noticed that since the engineer visit last month the 'Caller ID' service does not appear to be working and wonder if the visit has affected it. I shall be pleased if you will advise how I can reinstall the service. Thx Carl
