Land Line not working

Got a strange problem with my landline.

When I try to call it from my mobile I get the message 'Server Error' on my mobile screen.

When my father tries to all me (He's on Sky) - he gets a bleeping.

We have no dial tone

When I do a status check for WV12 5- Broadband showing fault, TV Showing Fault, Landline - Fully working.   

All statuses are wrong - Broadband - fine, TV- fine, Landline - Faulty 

I'm wondering if VM has switch me over to digital phone and not told me !!!!!!!!!! - I wouldn't be surprised.

I did try and call the help desk, but I got 'We are closed, call back another day'

    I'm sorry to hear your landline isn't working currently.

    Thanks for checking the service page. Please also try another handset if possible and check all connections are secure.
