I want to keep my package but disconnect my landline

I spent a long time trying to achieve this using chatbot and telephone customer service without success. Please can anyone advise if this is possible or do I need to switch suppliers?

VM's 'bundle' model of pricing usually means removing the landline is either cost neutral or may even be more expensive with fewer services in the package.

Are you approaching the end of your minimum term or are you out of contract?

Just don't plug a handset into the socket? VMs packages can be cheaper with a landline included.

I did this for years, when you had to take BB, TV & Phone.

I just can not grasp why it is so important to keep pushing "land-line"  or "Hub-line" into the packages.  Hardly anyone under the age of 80 ever gives a land-line number when registering for a service with a GP or a Bank etc.
