  • Hi tim0376 👋.

Thanks for reaching out to us and welcome to the Community Forums, sorry to hear that you will be losing your phone as a result of a switch, this can be related to the area type that you reside in. If you live in a Full Fibre area we will not be able to support landlines, so that we can be sure we would need to bring you in for a private message.

Please look out for the envelope on the top right of your web browser or if you are using a mobile device, it will be located under your profile icon.

    Thanks.

Sabrina_B   Ahh yes, I'd forgotten about the Nexfibre areas!  D'oh!

If that is the case, the OP would need to port the phone number to a VOIP supplier.

Did you use One Touch switching?  If so your phone number should be ported over to VM.  It may also be terminology, as you will lose a physical "landline", but the phone service is now run over the Hub.
