Home phone switch

Hey, we were due to switchover however the Hub we have is placed upstairs but the older "phone" line box is downstairs where the phones plugged into ATM, as we need the base phone downstairs is there anyway the router can be moved downstairs as we also have a possible blackspot issue too!

    VM will arrange this, but at present the phone switch over is on hold

    Thanks for your post and welcome to the community! 

    As Tudor has advised, we would be able to support this matter however at the moment phone switchovers are on hold.

    Once we are running them as usual we'll ensure to get this sorted.
