Certainly, but the way VM pricing works it’s often cheaper to take a service you do not use.

We do have packages that don't include a landline. We do broadband only deals and duel packages for broadband and TV.

In fact your very best option, is to think about exactly what you want and to investigate other suppliers. Internet only; what can they offer? Internet and TV; ditto? And then armed with that, and with the knowledge that you could move suppliers if necessary, then it puts you in a far better position re. negotiations about renewing.
