Home phone not ringing out

Hi i cant get hold of anyone from virgin , for several weeks now my home phone hasnt been ringing out when a call has been received , i assumed it was a faulty handset so bought a new one and its still the same , sometimes people try and ring and they can't connec t at all. Ive tried contact with virgin but i cant get any reply by chat or whatsapp?

    Sorry to hear you're having issues with receiving calls from your landline. 

    Does this happen on all calls, or just over calls on mobiles or just landline do you know?

    Is it intermittent at all?

      not sure i know i keep getting missed calls showing on the handset but it doesnt ring out , sometimes people try and call and it doesnt connect , i have replaced the phone and it is the same
