Home phone Call charges onaccount when phone is not physically connected

I've just received my latest bill where £3.19 has been charged to my account for phone calls, 1 of which is itemised.  The issue is that I do not have a phone physically connected and haven't had so for over 12 months.

Has anyone else had this issue? I am concerned someone else is able to make calls on my account at my expense.

    Do you or anyone else living in the property recognise the number related to the itemised call or is it completely random?

    And No, we don't recognise the number at all, although it is a local area landline one.
