Help please porting landline number
I requested virgin to port my landline number across nearly a month ago. I was previously with virgin before going to sky and now returning. I was told this was no issue, however nothing happened. I rang up again just over a week ago and they promised to expidite this, and that I would receive an email from Sky, however yet again nothing has happened to date. I need this number as I have a critical medical condition and this is the number the hospital/doctors use to contact me. Please can anyone help me?
