Help. Number 03454541111 is for payments. Need a human to speak to.

My landline not working. Called number advertised and just for payments only. Absolute sham.

    Can we ask if you have rebooted your hub this morning and checked your landline for a dial tone again. Can we also ask you to check that your equipment and try another handset if possible.

      Apparently I need a piece sent out to connect to my home phone because of the switch over but nothing has been sent to me.
