Hi.
I have just taken out a new contract for broadband and Digital Voice. I have seen several times on the community that when you are changed to Digital Voice you get a new free phone to go with it. Please tell me this is true! I’m having issues with my current phone and Digital Voice.

Sadly we don't offer landline handsets as part of our 21st Century voice or Voice over IP service (where your landline phone operates via the Hub)
However, we don't like to hear that you are having issues with your current service - can you give us a little more information about the problems you are having? It may be a fault we need to be aware of, so we can help get it fixed!
