Feedback for VM Engineer Ellie - Gloucestershire

Just a quick message to pass on some positive feedback for engineer Ellie in the Gloucestershire team who was very efficient, polite and professional. Explained what needed to be done to fix the issue and completed the work proficiently. Ellie was very personable and is a credit to the company.
