Digital switchover didn't happen in Jan-2024
Hi VM Support,
Back in late 2023, I contacted VM through this forum as my landline would only connect to the VM support number when dialling any outgoing number.
I was advised this was due to the 21CV switch to digital and I would receive an adaptor cable to allow my phone to be plugged into the new Hub3 which was sent to me around that time. The switchover was due to occur in January 2024.
I never received the adaptor cable and as far as I remember my landline has not worked since or may have worked for a short period after the service was reset. I use my landline infrequently and believe it has not worked for at least 6 months, maybe longer.
Can I please now request the VM adaptor cable so I can set up and start using my landline again.
