Digital phone problems after switchover

On Monday the 6th we had our digital switchover

The engineer arrived and set up the digital phone line while providing a back-wire adapter.

It was fine for a few days but yesterday and today the phone-line will not work for hours at a time.There is no dialling tone at times and on other occasions a 'beeping' noise can be heard when you lift the handset. It eventually will work again however it is frustrating and not ideal.

I have checked the Hub and the internet is working as normal.It does not indicate a problem with the phone-line.

Can you advise?

    Yes tied that and no change.Still the same issue.

    Welcome to the Community, and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re experiencing with your phone line at the moment.

    Have you tried to restart your Hub since the issues started as Client62 advised?

    Have you tried restarting the VM Hub to see if this can be cleared ?
