"Chat to us online" button now working

you click on the "pop into your local O2 store" and it links you to an O2 store finder, click on the  "Virgin media community forum" button and it links you here, BUT, when you click the "chat to us online" button, absolutely nothing happens, why are VM doing everything they can to avoid talking to their customers in any way?
