Cannot call in to Virgin landline.

No-one can call in on the landline but out going calls are fine. An engineer has been out and checked but there are no faults it appears to be an ex Sky phone number error, the number has just gone from the network?!?!

Anyone had similar problems as Virgin don't seem to be doing anything, it has been two weeks now? The call centre operatives are very helpful but are sometimes difficult to understand, and just keep running checks then passing it on.

    In order to look into this for you further, we'll send you a private message on here. Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner.

    If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
