Caller ID not working following Engineer visit

Although we do not use the landline too much these days, I have noticed that since the engineer visit last month the 'Caller ID' service does not appear to be working and wonder if the visit has affected it. I shall be pleased if you will advise how I can reinstall the service. Thx Carl
