call itemisation

I have asked for itemised calls list for my landline from VM.

This is in progress they are going to send me paper lists in post.

They didn't mention it would cost £2 per month, but that's a different issue.

I was also told I could view the calls (none of which have a charge) , in ebilling.

I can't find this list.  On chatting with VM this morning I was told they have limited access??

Can anyone help, please......How do I navigate through my account to see what calls

have been made and for how long?

Thanks in advance

If you mean by this calls that are inclusive of your package, no you won't. VM only logs calls required for billing purposes under GDPR. The same goes for calls to free numbers like 0800. If you need to go further than this then you will likely need a DSAR (Digital Subject Access Request) to unlock the data.

  • That makes sense thanks.

I may have just paid for paper copies of "no calls" then???

Thanks for reaching out to us JN2021, and welcome back to our Community Forums!

Sorry to hear of the difficulty obtained gaining information on itemising of calls from your Virgin Media landline.

I'd like to take a closer look into this for you to see if we can fulfil your request, or if need be, see if I can assist with the processing of a DSAR.

      Thanks,
