Call divert

Hello wise community!

After much hassle and many hours on the phone I have managed to get my call divert to work 21 | number | #

(The option to get your area colour code doesn't work and you are left with no choice but to do the dreaded 'getting through to a human being' palaver.)

I have also worked out how to cancel the call divert #21#

So far so good BUT 

What I need is for my calls to be diverted if I don't answer them after, say, 5 rings. 

Does anyone know what the codes for that are? If it is possible? I mean it surely should be?

But several frustrated calls with Virgin later,  being passed from pillar to post, I am none the wiser. 

Can anybody help? I live in hope! TIA

    As it stands, we don't have an option for changing the number of rings for the Call Divert feature. We're always looking at ways to improve our service though so will take on board your feedback and pass it over to the teams for consideration.

    Thanks. Can you let me know what they say? How likely is it that they will create that option? And why would your website not have been corrected regarding dialling up a number to find out which colour zone you are in? Also can I trust your answer seeing as your engineers told me it could be done but they didn't know the codes and never got back to me?
