Automatic outgoing calls

Does anyone else experience automated outgoing calls on their Virgin Media landline?

I reported this issue a few months ago and was sent a replacement router. The issue is occurring again.

    I hear my landline ringing and pick up the handset. Within a few seconds without pressing a single button a phone call has been made.
