Still waiting.....
Out of curiosity as no contact from anyone at Virgin, I used my mobile to call my landline. It rang....and rang and rang as I could not terminate the call.
Then I tried ringing my mobile from the landline.......RAPID beeping noise!!
Status still showing No Problems....well there is a very big problem still.
Shall I make this post public and hope for a response? Fuming now as its beyond inconvenient!!
Still no response from anyone at Virgin. Landline completely dead, no dial tone and now no longer rings if I call it from my mobile.
Vulnerable cardiac patient here thar also has COPD badly. Is there anybody with the common courtesy there that will respond and deal with this?
