I’m 86 and recently had a bad fall. I can’t get to the phone as quick as I could before. My voicemail inbox always seems to be full. When I go to listen to messages they are always blank I delete them but my mailbox seems to fill up again.My daughter left a message to try but didn’t come through was just blank. I need to have my mailbox for hospital appointments. Is there anything I can do to fix this please? I also can’t get 1471 so can’t track who has rung.

What's happening exactly when you dial 1571? Are you being given the option to re-activate your free voicemail in line with the advice provided here?

I am not getting any messages but my mailbox says I have messages. When I listen to them they are all blank. My daughter rang and left a message but not received one from her. My daughter tried to do what you suggest but it keeps just going off and can’t get any further.
