1571 service

Hi, I am having issues with my 1571 service on home phone. I have set this up but phone doesn’t connect, just keeps ringing out??

    In line with the information provided here, are you getting a dial tone when you pick up your home phone?

    Please refer to the section entitled "How to use Free Voicemail" and pop back to us at your earliest convenience.

      Hi, yes getting a dial tone and can access 1571.

        Thanks for coming back to us k24red. Have you tried to reboot your router since adding the voicemail service? If not, please can you give that a go and let us know how it goes.
