1571 voicemail not kicking in
I have voicemail on my account and have recorded a greeting but the voicemail does activate in order for callers to leave a message. I've re-recorded the greeting to reset but it's still not working.

We're a little confused by the message, is it the recorded greeting or the actual voicemail that isn't working? jpeg1 has sent a link to support for issues of this nature, was there anything in there that helped resolve the issue at all?
Hi. I can record a greeting message but the actual voicemail doesn't kick in and just rings and rings. I'll check the support link see if it helps.
I have checked the link but it's not really relevant. I did try and speak to someone today but she had no idea what voicemail 1571 actually was it how it works and after an hour on the phone I was losing the will to live. I'd be very grateful if you could help.
