1471 giving incomplete information
Hi,
My issue has been going on for almost a month, but when someone calls my line when you call 1471 the day after it does not tell you the month or year and it does not tell you that there is a charge for pressing 3 to return the call. I believe this is a nationwide issue as I have tried to get hold of many of the Virgin Media team and I finally got one who confirmed the fault but no one else since then has seemed to have picked up on it.
