Virgin TV Ultra HD missing from TV Go app

We've switched from the V6 to 360 so now need to use the TV Go app to browse the TV Guide and set recordings remotely.

Unlike on the TV Control app, the Virgin TV Ultra HD channel is not listed on the TV Go app, so we can't browse the listings and set recordings remotely.

Please could this be rectified?

I understand that Virgin TV Ultra HD is not available to watch live in the app which is fine, but like the many other channels that are included for remote recording purposes only, Virgin TV Ultra HD should be too.

    Thanks for reaching out to us, sorry to hear that you not happy that Virgin TV Ultra HD is not on the TVGO app, not all channels are available on the TVGO app. This can be for a number of reasons that we are not always privy to, apologies but there are no plans for it to be on the app in the future.

      It's totally illogical that V6 customers are allowed to setup remote recordings on Virgin TV Ultra HD via the TV Control app, but 360 customers are not allowed to do the same via the TV Go app.

      I hope VM will reconsider this in the future and treat all customers equally.
