Virgin Tv Go device registration issues

Hello, 

I'm having another issue with this device requiring to be registered 3 days in a row, no cookies or cache has been cleared, I'm using the app and NOT on a browser.

I've literally watched a match on the weekend, and it asked me to register the device even though I'd used it a couple of weeks ago, then when I tried again on Tuesday, it once again asked me to replace a device, then yesterday it asked me to reregister. Then again it's said I need to register, but I can't as I've used my 3 device swaps, but this is the same device. All I've done is put the device to sleep, then unlocked, opened the app and been asked to register 3 times in a row....it's ridiculous, I've seen there have been lots of people with this issue over the last few years, is there no fix?

     I have had the same problem but I was using a laptop, after several attempts to put it right, virgin has told me that it will not work on a laptop which is a bit strange as it has worked perfectly in my shed in the garden for the past 4 years atleast!!!! until the 1st of this month. I guess you will be contacted by virgin and they will reset your device options, good luck with a solution.

    I also have a registration problem with my devices.
    I have 4 devices registered, two of which are phones.
    Both phones are of the the same make and model, my wife's and mine.
    When registered my wife's phone would not allow viewing although the app installed.
    The Circle of death appears when she opens a programme.
    I re-registered her phone and she can now use it and can watch the programmes.
    On checking my phone I now find that mine is unusable, with the Circle of Death.
    It would appear that the system gives each phone the same title and locks one of them.
    Can anything be done to ensure both phones are unlocked?
