Virgin TV Go App asking to register same device every time

Every time I try to watch live TV through the APP it asks me to register the same device (i.e. replace a device) - I now have this same device 3 times in my list of 5.  Plus it is using up one of my 3 changes allowed every time meaning I can't now change for a month.  Upshot is I can't watch live TV.

I stress that I am using the TV Go APP - not via a browser.

My app or device is NOT clearing Cache. 

How can i fix

  • Hi ABCDEFG1 thanks for posting although we're sorry to hear of your concerns raised regarding the TV Go app. 

    Can you please confirm if your TV Go app is at the latest software model, if unsure try to uninstall and reinstall? As well as this, is your device up to date too?

        Thanks for coming back to us ABCDEFG1, and for confirming that you're using fully up-to-date software. 

        Are you able to remove the application and re-add it to see if that resolves the issues?
