Virgin TV Go- Recordings

Have been unable to view recorded content on my iPad for several months - Message 

This recording is only available on your home network.

 

I have checked, double checked, deleted and reinstalled app, removed and re added devices etc. Still no luck

    What ipad model do you have and what IOS is it on?

    Have you updated the ipad recently ?

      Thank you for your response. Can you let us know if the issue persists after updating your iOS operating system? Also, do you get the same message when accessing TV GO here?
