Hello, I haven't been able to log in to the virgin TV go for ages and can't seem to get it sorted. I have tried chrome and edge with no luck. I have also uninstalled the app and reinstalled. I have spoken to a virgin media rep who got me to reset my password but to no avail. It claims there is a problem with my devices settings.

Hello Zoie, thank you for your reply. Yes I can access it on my phone. I have been able to access it on my laptop before but not anymore.
Thanks for getting back to us with this chris_shaw1996, are you able to provide us an image of what shows up when you do try to access this via your laptop?
