Virgin Go
Virgin Go has not been working for me for over a month now. Doesn’t work using app on iPhone or iPad. Also doesn’t work from web browser on iMac. All looks ok until I log on. At this point Live TV returns “opps something went wrong please try again later. I’ve contacted support again and again and again. There is an open ticket for this that is allegedly being worked on, they say they will call back but never do so I end up having to call back and start all over again talking to first line support who push me on to 2nd line support who then say 3rd line support will call me. To say I’m frustrated is an understatement, can someone advise how I can speak to a technician based in the UK?
