Virgin Go

Virgin Go has not been working for me for over a month now. Doesn’t work using app on iPhone or iPad. Also doesn’t work from web browser on iMac. All looks ok until I log on. At this point Live TV re...

Thanks for your reply, can you confirm where this has been raised to and can you see what the current status is? I was told on Monday I’d get a call back in 24 hours and as per usual I’m still waiting
