Virgin Go no longer letting me watch live TV

Hi,

The app will no longer let me watch live TV on any of my registered devices. I have spoken to the virgin tech team at length and they could not find a solution. The error message reads 'Oops something went wrong. Please try again later' 

 

Any help or advice would be really appreciated

    I'm sorry to hear you're having issues accessing TV Go. Can you please let us know which devices you've attempted to use the app on (make and model of the devices, along with the OS version if possible).

    If you've been able to use TV Go without issues previously, do you know when this issue first started? Are you tried accessing TV Go on both WiFi and mobile data?
