Virgin go app saying TV box offline

Hello, I am having issues trying to record tv shows on my virgin tv go app. Whenever I press record, an error message just comes up with tv box offline. However, this is not the case, I’ve reset/rebooted both my tv boxes and router and deleted and reinstalled the app as well as trying on a different device but this hasn’t solved the problem.

Anyone got any advice before I need to call the call centre and wait for hours just to speak with someone and get correct advice?

      There is no error message other than “your tv boxes is offline and unable to record”.

        Are you able to schedule recordings on the set-top box itself rather than through the TVGO app?
