Virgin go app saying TV box offline
Hello, I am having issues trying to record tv shows on my virgin tv go app. Whenever I press record, an error message just comes up with tv box offline. However, this is not the case, I’ve reset/rebooted both my tv boxes and router and deleted and reinstalled the app as well as trying on a different device but this hasn’t solved the problem.
Anyone got any advice before I need to call the call centre and wait for hours just to speak with someone and get correct advice?
