Virgin apps no longer working

The virgin tv go won’t let me watch recorded programmes on my I phone. Also, the Virgin connect app can’t find my hub. Having read every help guide, and followed every suggestion it would seem that there are answers. I am running the latest operating system and I am on the same network. I wish someone from Virgin would say “don’t bother trying to use them as they don’t work with the 360 box.

    Which programmes are not working from the phone?

    Some content will not play on the phone as it requires you to watch it via iplayer etc.

    Does it work on the normal TV?

    Is it just the phone you are having issues with?
