Virgin 360 recorded programmes play on phones but not tabletss but not our tablets

    We're sorry to hear you're having an issue playing recordings via your tablets. As it's working on the phone, this would rule out an account issue. 

    • Are the tablets connected to the same network as your set top box? 
    • What error message are you getting when trying to play on the tablet?
