Cannot watch recorded programmes on 1008hd box
Hi, I hope this is the right place, this last week all the programmes we have recorded do not give us the option to watch? Only to cancel the series recording but when I do that it says (after a while) to check later but they are still there later. Has anyone had this issue? Thanks.
As recordings on the 360 box have the recording information held on Virgins servers this may indicate a internet connection problem. How is the box connected to the hub, ethernet cable or WiFi.
When you get this problem can you still use the apps and watch something on iPlayer for example.
It could also be a faulty box but still waiting for your picture to be cleared and posted.
