TVgo on PC

Hello,   Today I have tried to watch something on my PC (I've never watched Virgin tv on my PC before) and have had the error "not available - we can't play this at the moment" come on. I've tried...

Thank you so much for reaching back out and we are so sorry that this has happened again! Can I just confirm, is this only occurring on the PC and is it the same device as the last time?

Hello,

Yes it’s only happening in the pc, it is the same pc. I’ve tried using the tv to app and the web page.

it works fine on my phone.
