      Hi bigguy283

Welcome back to the community forums.

Sorry to hear of your concerns with TVGO asking to register your PC.

If you've any extensions, a VPN or settings in place that delete your cookies/cache then this might explain why it's asking you multiple time to register the same device. You'll have to then keep the cookies on any laptop/PC or MacBook or it will register as a new device every time and use up all of the available changes. More info on this can be found here regarding this.

  • Hi Carley_S , Thanks for your reply, it is obviously a firefox issue on my pc as i have always allowed cookies, and have no other extentions or vpn running, And this has only started happening in the last 2 months! , i now have managed to get TvGo working on my pc by using microsoft Edge, but i still need someone to delete the 2 firefox2024 slots , so i can register my laptop, please
    many thanks

  • Hi VM team, I’m also having this issue, is there a recommend browser for the PC to stop this issue from happening?  Can someone please clear my slots too?

    Thanks.

      Hi Fletch26

Sorry to hear of the TV Go device registration issues experienced, thanks for taking the time to raise this via the forums.

Happy to get this looked into and although there isn't a preferred browser, this can happen is the cache or data is deleted the app/site can think it is a new device. I will send you a Private Message, please keep an eye out in the top right when signed into the forums for the envelope. This is where you will be able to find my Private Message and be able to respond.
