TVGO app and website jump when trying to watch anything

I have tried on different browsers and via the app on both pc and tablet.

Whilst watching every 20 seconds or so there is a brief lag/jump in which the video skips forward a couple of seconds.

This started before christmas 2023 and has not been fixed.

I have cleared my cookies etc but there is no improvement.

    I’m having the same issue with the Drama channel. It plays fine for a few seconds then the sound and picture come unsynced. It’s only happening to the Drama channel in my case too.

     

    How can this be fixed?

      I am so sorry that you are also facing this issue, but just to confirm this only happens on one channel for you? 

      Have you also been able to try on multiple devices as well as the app and the site?

        Yes, it is just the one channel “Drama” that lags after a few seconds. 

        Yes, I have tried using it on my iPad and iPhone app, with both doing the same. I haven’t tried it on the site.

  • Hi, I'm having this same issue, just not live tv usually watching box sets etc.

    its jumping every 20 seconds or just crashing  for a second I've used the website and app and its all the same.

      Hello haydenb22,

      Thanks for your first post and welcome to our community.

      Sorry to hear about the jumping and crashing on TVGO when you opt to watch a box set.

      Can we please ask if you are using any 3rd party routers with the hub in modem mode?

      Or are you directly connected to the hubs WIFI?

      Have you also tried deleting all the registered devices. Help is here on how to do this.

      If you get the time to try this, can you please let us know if that fixes the fault?
