TV Go Sub-Account Issue

I’m having the same issue that everyone seems to have been having for 6-7 years, maybe more. Whenever I try to log in to TV Go on iPhone, it says that I can’t use sub accounts. I managed to get to a ‘not a robot’ picture picking screen, but then still got the sub-accounts message.

I haven’t used TV Go for quite a long time, and I think this issue is the reason I stopped originally.  I’d like to be able to use it now, but if it’s not possible, can I have some money off my bill instead?

    The TV Go app can only be used with the primary account login details.  If you have changed the login username to a third party email address then that is the email address you need to use on the sign in page.

    Secondary accounts have never been able to sign into TV Go
