TV Go Registered Devices

Hi all, 

I am having a problem with TVGO device registration. Each time I open TVGO using either edge or chrome it registers as a new device and now I've used all my device changes. No cookies etc were deleted. Can anyone help with this?

    Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your TV go devices at the moment. Are your browsers set to delete cache and cookies automatically?

  • Yes I believe they were.  I've now put exceptions in place for virgin TV go, but can't test as my device is full and I can make any further changes until March 1st.

      Ah okay. TVGO would need to remember the cache and cookies for the site, otherwise, it would just keep registering your device as a new device each time, using the limited available 5 spaces and 3 adjustments per month. 

      If you've made changes to these settings on your device/browser now, please keep us posted if you've any further issues after 1st March when the adjustment limit resets. We'll be here to support further should you need.
